Financial Need

We understand the three years have been challenging, with many people experiencing job loss and facing financial hardships such as low income and student debt, exacerbated by the pandemic. If you require financial assistance and wish to request a reduced registration fee, please follow this link.

Continuing Education Credits

We are an institutional provider of AASECT and CHES® continuing education (CE) credits. The exact number of hours is yet to be determined, but we anticipate it will be more than 30 hours.

There is a fee of $75 CEs. Please note that this fee is in addition to the cost of registration and covers all eligible presentations during the conference. To receive CE credits, you must complete the evaluation form for each session you attend.

This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for a minimum of 24 CE credits. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.

The “Fine Print”

Payment is required at the time of registration and can be made online using a credit card or PayPal, or by mailing a check. If paying by check, it must be received within five business days of registration. Purchase orders must be received within 30 days of registration.

Cancellations before November 15, 2024, will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed by check within 30 business days. Please note that cancellations will not be accepted after November 15, 2024.

For security purposes, registrations are non-transferable, unless the registrar is notified and written permission is obtained prior to the conference.

Contributions to Pay It Forward help supplement the financial need registration rates for students and others who cannot afford the conference registration fee. You can directly donate to the Pay It Forward Program.

Pay It Forward Scholarship Program

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and purchase orders as forms of payment. To generate an invoice, registration must first be completed online. You may email register@sexedconference.com to request an invoice. Please note an invoice will not automatically be sent after registration.

If you require tax information to complete the process, kindly send your inquiry via email to register@sexedconference.com and we will provide you with the appropriate documentation.
