The 2019 National Sex Ed Conference will be held:
April 3-6, 2019 at the Marriott Hotel in Newark, NJ.

Discounted Registration Rates
Members of the Sex Ed Network receive a discount of $100 toward their registration fees. If you are a member of the Sex Ed Network, please log into your Network account here: www.SexEdNetwork.com.
Students and speakers receive discounted registration rates too! Email register@sexedconference.com to receive the special discount code to enter at checkout.

Early bird registration ends October 31, 2018 (Early bird registration for speakers is extended until December 31, 2018).

*Full registration includes the opening session Wednesday evening (6:00 pm – 10:00 pm), all day Thursday, all day Friday, and half-day Saturday.*
***CEs are available for $45 each type of CE. For example, if you would like to generate CEs for CHES and AASECT, you would pay $90. This fee is on top of registration, covering all workshops for the conference.***

The “Fine Print”
Payment is due at the time of registration and can be paid online via PayPal, or you can mail a check. Personal checks must be received within 5 business days. Purchase orders must be received in 30 business days. Cancellations prior to March 30th will be subject to a $50 fee; refunds are processed by check in 30 business days. Cancellations will not be accepted after March 30, 2018. For security purposes, registrations are non-transferable, except through notifying the registrar and receiving written permission in advance of the conference. Transfers cannot happen on site.
Add-ons
Add-on options include a choice of Pre-Conference Workshops, the Pay It Forward scholarship program, and CEs. Pre-conference workshops will take place from 1pm to 4pm on Wednesday, April 3rd. Contributions to Pay It Forward helps to pay the registration fees of students and others who cannot afford the conference registration fee. We will be applying for providership of the following CE’s: AASECT, CHES, Social Work (through Temple University), NJ General Ed Credits.
Discounts
All discounts are reflected in the table above. Members of the Sex Ed Network receive a discount of $100 to the conference, access to hundreds of sex ed lesson plans published by the CSE, and a full subscription to the American Journal of Sexuality Education. To join the Sex Ed Network, visit www.SexEdNetwork.com. Early bird discounts are also available to individuals who register before October 31, 2018. Workshop presenters receive a discount of $50 and students receive a discount of $100. If you are a student or a speaker, please email register@sexedconference.com to receive a special discount code to enter at checkout. Network Members need to log into their account and simply register for NSEC 2019.

Accepted Methods of Payment
Before payment can be accepted, registration must be completed online. This will be used as the or part of the invoice.
All major credit cards accepted, because we’re just that cool.
We do accept checks and purchase orders. If completed registration is not sufficient to generate a PO, and an invoice is required, please request one by emailing register@sexedconference.com. An invoice will not automatically be sent after registration.
If you need tax information to complete the process, please send your inquiry via email to register@sexedconference.com to receive the appropriate documentation.
If you’d like to pay by credit card over the phone, we also accept that. It is recommended you email register@sexedconference.com with a contact number, and a time that you are available for the Registrar to call you.
