Sue Montfort, MAT, CHES, served as an educator and trainer with Planned Parenthood of Greater Northern New Jersey for more than 25 years. Susan is the co-author of Unequal Partners. She has also co-authored Making Sense of Abstinence: Lessons for Comprehensive Sex Education; and Healthy Foundations: Responding to Young Children s Questions and Behaviors Regarding Sexuality; training professionals nationwide to use these and other sex education resources.
In 2000, Sue was the recipient of the Mary Lee Tatum Award, given by the Association of Planned Parenthood Leaders in Education (APPLE) to the person most exemplifying the qualities of an Ideal Sexuality Educator.
